Privacy Policy

1What we collect

• What you type into the request form: the kind of kitchen project, your ZIP code, your name, an email address or phone number, anything you add in the notes, and the scope list if you built one.
• The page address at the time you send, including any campaign tags from the ad or link you arrived from, so we know which ad brought your request.
• Server logs kept by our web host (your IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• If you open the kitchen estimator on the page, it is a tool run by 10hub, shown inside our page. What you enter into it goes to 10hub and is covered by 10hub’s privacy policy. We do not see it unless you then send us a request.
• Fonts: one of the page’s typefaces is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google’s servers for it and Google sees your IP address in that request.

2How we use it

• To respond to your request and set up your free in-home consultation.
• To scope and price your project if you go ahead, and to keep the business records a licensed contractor keeps.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t sell your information.

3Who sees it

• Service providers that run the page for us: our web host; Formspree, which receives the form you send and delivers it to our inbox; and our email provider.
• 10hub, only for what you enter into the estimator, as above.
• Google, only for the font request described above.
• Ad platforms, if we add ad measurement (see section 4).
• When the law requires it.

4Cookies and ad measurement

Right now this page loads no ad-measurement tools and sets no advertising cookies.

When we advertise on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, we may add their measurement tools to this page to see whether an ad led to a request. Those tools can collect your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and actions you take here (such as sending a request), and the platform may match that to an account you hold with it. We would not send them the name, phone or email you type into the form. Under California law this kind of measurement can count as “sharing” personal information for advertising. You can turn it off for this browser in Your choices, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as opting out. We will update this page when we add such a tool.

5Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by emailing quote@northaxisconstruction.com. We will confirm who you are, do it, and tell you when it is done. We won’t treat you differently for asking. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell personal information; you can opt out of sharing for advertising here:

6How long we keep it

We keep your request while we respond to it and for as long as our business records need it. Email us to have it deleted sooner.

7Security

The page uses an encrypted connection and the form is delivered through established hosted services with access controls. No system is perfect; if we learn your information has been exposed, we will tell you promptly.

8Children

This page and the form are not for anyone under 18.
